About The Travelling Christmas Tree
How big is The Travelling Christmas Tree?
The tree measures approximately 1.8 metres high × 1 metre wide when hanging, so you get plenty of festive impact without giving up valuable floor space.
What is the tree made from?
The Travelling Christmas Tree is made from 100% polyester felt and is designed for indoor decorative use.
What comes with the tree?
Everything you need to get decorating is included, apart from the batteries.
Your Travelling Christmas Tree comes with the 1.8m felt tree, 50 pre-fitted warm white LED lights, 18 reusable felt snowflake decorations, a reusable storage bag and a self-adhesive hanging hook for first use.
You’ll also need 3 × AA batteries, which are not included.
Do I need to put the lights on myself?
No — we’ve already done that bit for you.
All 50 warm white LED lights are pre-fitted to the tree, so there’s no untangling or stringing lights around it. Simply insert 3 × AA batteries and switch them on.
Do the lights flash?
Yes. You can choose between static and flashing light settings.
Where is the battery box?
The battery box is tucked neatly into a Velcro-fastened pocket on the back of the tree, helping to keep it out of sight once your tree is hanging.
Decorating Your Tree
Are decorations included?
Yes. Every Travelling Christmas Tree comes with 18 reusable felt snowflake decorations in a mixture of sizes.
How do the decorations attach?
The decorations have Velcro fastenings already sewn onto them, so simply press them onto the felt tree.
Better still, they’re easy to move around, so you can rearrange your tree as often as you like.
Can I buy more decorations?
Absolutely.
Our Classic Christmas Collection includes 16 additional felt decorations: 5 presents, 5 baubles, 3 candy canes and 3 gingerbread men.
You can also add our Christmas Countdown Collection, featuring 24 numbered felt Advent pockets that turn your tree into a reusable Advent calendar.
Can I use more than one decoration pack?
Of course. Christmas isn’t really known for restraint.
Mix, match and add as many of our compatible decoration collections as you like to create a tree that feels completely your own.
What can I put inside the Advent pockets?
The Christmas Countdown Collection is designed for little festive surprises such as chocolates, small gifts or handwritten messages.
Always choose contents that are appropriate for the people using them, particularly where young children are present.
Hanging Your Tree
How does The Travelling Christmas Tree hang?
There’s an integrated hanging loop at the top of the tree.
A self-adhesive hanging hook is included for your first use, so you can get started straight away.
Can I reuse the supplied adhesive strip next Christmas?
No. The adhesive strip supplied with your tree is single-use only.
When you put your tree up again, use a new suitable removable adhesive hanging strip or wall fixing appropriate for your surface.
How should I remove the adhesive strip?
Take your time with this bit.
Do not pull the strip outwards away from the wall. Instead, slowly pull the removal tab downwards, keeping it close and parallel to the wall until the hook releases.
Can I hang it on any wall?
Always choose a clean, dry surface and make sure your chosen hanging method is suitable for your particular wall finish.
Wall surfaces and finishes vary, so check the instructions for your adhesive hook or alternative fixing before use.
Storage & Care
How much room does it take up when stored?
One of our favourite things about it is just how little space it needs for the other eleven months of the year.
The tree folds away into its reusable storage bag, which measures approximately 20 × 45cm when flat.
How do I store it after Christmas?
Remove the decorations and batteries first, make sure the tree is completely dry, then fold it carefully and return everything to the storage bag.
Store it somewhere cool and dry until Christmas comes around again.
What should I do if the tree is creased?
Gently smooth the felt by hand and allow the tree to hang naturally. Most creases should soften once it has been hanging for a while.
Do not iron or steam the tree, as heat may damage the felt or integrated lighting.
Can I wash The Travelling Christmas Tree?
The tree is spot clean only.
Use a soft, damp cloth where needed. Do not machine wash, immerse in water, iron or tumble dry.
Safety
Is The Travelling Christmas Tree a toy?
No. It is an indoor decorative product, not a toy.
Adult supervision is recommended around young children, and the tree contains small removable decorations that should be kept away from children under 36 months due to the risk of choking.
Is it suitable for children’s bedrooms?
The tree can make a lovely festive addition to a child’s bedroom, but it remains a decorative product rather than a toy.

Can I use it outdoors?
No. The Travelling Christmas Tree is designed for indoor use only.
Can I put it near a fireplace?
No. Keep your tree away from naked flames, candles, fireplaces and other heat sources.

When will Christmas 2026 pre-orders be dispatched?
Our first ever production run is due to arrive at the end of September 2026.
Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Once stock is available, orders are dispatched within five days.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK only.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.99.
Delivery is free when you spend over £75.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a standard 14-day returns period, subject to our full Returns Policy.
